Enable software hold
This patch enables software hold and disables the hardware
hold button. It also disables the 'hold the record button to
get to the recording screen' functionality because I always
seem to press it by accident. Enable/disable software hold by
pressing power and record at the same time.

This script builds rockbox from svn and applies my patches.
